We are thrilled to present Deep Blue Green Actions, an Erasmus+ Sport project inspired by the success of Blue Green Exercise, now launching its international actions as part of the European Week of Sports 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Across Greece, Portugal, Malta, and Italy, our partners are delivering a powerful mix of outdoor physical activity and psychological insight:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Immersive outdoor sessions in blue (water) and green (nature) environments
\u2013 Seminars on Psychology & Ecopsychology for participants and staff
\u2013 Activities designed to improve motivation, physical health, and mental well-being<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deep Blue Green means:
\u2013 Stronger impact through deeper engagement in natural settings
\u2013 Expanded learning with tools and trainings rooted in ecopsychological practices
\u2013 Greater reach to local communities through our growing partner network
\u2013 Sustainable results, including an e\u2011Guide, evaluation tools, and toolkits for future use<\/p>\n\n\n\n
